li"> Respond to employee inquiries li"> regarding li"> eligibility, plan coverage, and enrollment procedures.
li"> Coordinate new hire benefits orientation and annual open enrollment sessions.
li"> Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve employee issues and ensure li"> accurate li"> plan administration.
li"> Oversee the administration of Paid Time Off (PTO), sick leave, and related accruals and carryovers.
li"> Maintain li"> accurate li"> and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and benefits platforms. li"> Leave of Absence Administration
li"> Partner with third-party leave administrators to manage FMLA, ADA, short-term disability, long-term disability, military leave, and other leave programs.
li"> Track employee leave usage and ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
li"> Serve as the point of contact for employees and managers li"> regarding li"> leave policies and return-to-work procedures.
li"> Ensure coordination of benefits and pay during leave periods with Payroll and HRIS teams. li"> Compliance & Reporting
li"> Ensure all benefits programs li"> comply with li"> applicable federal, state, and local regulations including ERISA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, and Section 125.
li"> Prepare and audit data for required filings (e.g., li"> 5500s li"> , ACA reporting, nondiscrimination testing).
li"> Support annual audits, including the coordination of data with internal stakeholders and external auditors.
li"> Reconcile and process benefits-related invoices; escalate and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
li"> Coordinate funding schedules for benefit deductions and employer contributions.
li"> Maintain effective relationships with insurance carriers, brokers, and benefit service providers.
li"> Maintain li"> accurate li"> records li"> and generate reports for audits and compliance reviews. li"> Communications & Education
li"> Assist li"> in drafting clear, engaging benefits communications including plan summaries, FAQs, intranet content, and memos.
li"> Support the development and delivery of benefits training for employees and managers.
li"> Collect feedback and provide recommendations to improve benefits education and service delivery. li"> Additional Duties
li"> Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS

Experience administering employee benefits and leave programs in a multi-state environment, preferably supporting a large, distributed hourly and salaried workforce.
ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
In-depth understanding of federal and state laws related to benefits (e.g., ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ACA, ADA).
Experience working with third-party leave administrators and HRIS systems.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/benefits administration platforms (e.g., UKG, and ADP).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Physical Requirements
