Draft, review, negotiate and provide legal advice regarding commercial real estate contracts and related documents and matters, including litigation and coordination of all legal activities related to Store Development. Consistently provides world class customer service to internal and external customers. Performs other related work. Typical Duties and Responsibilities:Lead the preparation of purchase agreements, ground leases, building leases, development agreements, easements, declarations and use restrictions and other related transactional documents. Review, analyze and negotiate all such documents. Lead the management all transactional aspects of commercial development for in-house projects and projects assigned to outside counsel. Lead the Management entitlement aspects of commercial development and have familiarity with land use/entitlement issues related to commercial property development.
