The Idaho Public Utilities Commission (IPUC) has an exciting new opportunity for an Office Specialist 2/Receptionist in Boise on the State of Idaho Chinden Campus, located at 11331 W. Chinden Blvd, Building 8. The hours for this position will be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Commission regulates investor-owned or privately-owned utilities that provide gas, water, electricity, or some telephone services for profit as well as overseeing the safe operation of railroads and enforces state and federal regulations safeguarding the transportation of hazardous materials by rail.

Summary: This position serves as the front desk receptionist. Responsibilities include managing all incoming calls and directing them to personnel within the Commission, greeting visitors, and processing deliveries for the Commission. This position also provides clerical support to the Administration Division.
