This position reports to Tax Manager(s) within the Corporate Tax Team and will have responsibilities around corporate income tax compliance and provision at the federal, state, local and international levels. Additionally, the position will be involved with tax accounting, audits and planning in all areas of tax. Job Description. Assist in the completion of the federal income tax filings for the Companys consolidated group. Complete state and local income and franchise tax filings in the numerous jurisdictions in which the Company conducts business. Prepare quarterly federal and state estimated tax liabilities. Prepare annual federal and state tax return extension requests. Assist with ASC 740 computations for both quarterly and year-end tax provisions. Assist with monthly and quarterly close processes for tax accounts, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations. Assist with addressing IRS and State Revenue Agency notices.
