As a Regional Executive Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of regional property managers and site staff across multiple properties within a designated region. Your role will involve leading and guiding the regional managers in their day-to-day operations, providing support and training to enable them to meet business objectives. You will collaborate with senior management to develop and execute property management plans, budgets, and financial forecasts. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between property owners, tenants, and service providers to address any issues and ensure tenant satisfaction. Your leadership and strategic decision-making skills will be crucial in driving operational efficiency and fostering a positive work environment for the property management team.
