Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Boise, ID (100% Onsite)
Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 per year (DOE)

About the Role:
CV Resources is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Boise, ID to find a seasoned HR Manager to lead their Human Resources function. This is a 100% onsite position supporting a team of 150–250 employees.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional with experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, comfortable working in a traditional, old-school setting where reliability, consistency, and clear communication are highly valued.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of Human Resources, including employee relations, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and performance management
Serve as a trusted advisor to both leadership and employees across the organization
Maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal and state regulations
Manage disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and investigations
Support leadership in organizational planning, workforce development, and change management
Coordinate safety, training, and employee engagement initiatives
Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and manage confidential information with discretion
Qualifications:
7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong understanding of HR compliance, labor laws, and best practices
Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience with full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred but not required
