Responsibilities

1. Maintain all reports supporting the Yield program, including the YIELD portal, Time to mature yield, Actual Yield vs Plan, and Executive Updates.
2. Manage reports related to Governance of Assembly and Post electrical yield, ASM and Post Electrical yield reports, NPI, high-volume design performance, and drive the SSD yield program to meet strategic goals.
3. Support key yield initiatives based on strategic focus and maintain SSD and Module yield data.
4. Maintain reporting tools such as dashboards, trend charts, Tableau, and SharePoint sites for Backend Yield, SSD/Module, and Line Yield programs.
5. Collaborate with finance to review Yield projections and provide analysis to improve capacity models.
6. Maintain component and SSD line yield reports, drive analysis for BELY taskforce, and establish forecasting processes for ASM and Post electrical yields.
7. Create and maintain line yield dashboards and reporting systems for project teams.
8. Optimize NAND/DRAM/NOR test yield, tester utilization, and yield management systems for TSE organization.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field, plus five (5) years of progressive experience in a similar role or as a Test Solution Engineer Yield-related occupation.

• UNIX
• SQL, PERL, and DBMS
• JMP for statistical analysis
• NAND, DRAM, and NOR device functionality
• Fab to Backend process (ASM, ELC, Post Elec)
• SharePoint
