This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing many hats, and takes pride in creating an efficient, welcoming workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
  • Support management with reports, correspondence, and special projects
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office management or administration
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office technology
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
