This acquisition has sparked the need to hire a Senior Roadway Design Project Manager for our Meridian, Idaho location. This position will manage the design of various transportation engineering projects that may involve geometric design, roadway and intersection design, and preparation of PS&E. You will also have the opportunity to mentor team members in their development as they grow in their career.What will you be doing?Managing roadway design projects of varying complexity including scope, schedule, budget, earned value analysis, staffing allocation, and accounts receivableOverseeing and reviewing the preparation of final design plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for roadway engineering projectsAttending client and project design team meetings to provide project updates, resolve design issues, and coordinate design elements with other disciplinesBuilding relationships with clientsMentoring junior staff in their professional growth and enhancing their skillsPursuing additional professional growth opportunities in project management, business development, technical expertise, etc."Don't meet every requirement?
