General Position Summary:
Join BPA Health as Director of Operations to lead the strategic and operational functions that drive successful service delivery. The Director of Operations serves as a key company leader and member of the Senior Leadership Team of BPA Health, collaborating with the Medical Director to ensure clinical excellence throughout the entire suite of services offered. The position is based in Boise, Idaho.
How you will make an impact in this role:
The focus and key result for the Director of Operations is service delivery. They are responsible for developing and managing all benefit plans to maximize patient experience and health while reducing overall cost of behavioral health conditions and care. The successful candidate possesses expertise, direct experience with and understanding of the provider network management core processes that results in a high-quality, high-performing provider network program. They collaborate with Medical and Clinical Leadership to achieve thought leadership and expertise in care delivery and placement decisions.

Requirements
Minimum education requirements:
Requires education in health and human services field (i.e. public health, social work, nursing, counseling) and a minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical and/or behavioral health setting, either provider or payer; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Master's degree a plus.
Current unrestricted Independent Clinical or Behavioral Health licensure preferred but not required.
