Plan, direct, and control all aspects of the project in accordance with company policy and procedures to maximize EBT achieved, while ensuring all contract requirements are well delivered and in compliance with HSE and CSR policies.

Job Responsibilities

Key Metrics

• Direct and synergize all project departments to contribute to and align with project productivity goals.
• Successfully direct and synergize all project departments. Monitor and implement operational excellence in accordance with productivity principles and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and ensure the implementation of operational excellence, adhering to productivity and cost principles to stay within the project budget. Foster a culture of continuous improvement. Support operations to achieve EBT targets.
• Implement and succeed with CINTA idea and CINTA submission (Quality and Quality) programs.
• Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibilities, including identifying, mitigating, and monitoring SHE risks. Ensure SHE Management System effectiveness, compliance with standards, and the achievement of SHE objectives such as Target Zero LTI. Ensure SHE Management System meets current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction and engineering.
• Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and construction management principles and practices, including design and construction project management flow.
• Ability to recognize potential claims and manage project contract activities to avoid costly claims and litigation.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control systems to meet agency goals.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, is an advantage.
