Auto Injury is a customer-facing segment handling bodily injury and uninsured/underinsured claims along with property damage claims involving injuries. The Injury segment is on the cutting edge with the use of analytics to support claim employees in developing enhanced skillsets to support and protect our policyholders. Claims will be tiered within Injury based upon their claim characteristics, complexity, and severity. This could range from non-attorney represented bodily injuries, up to attorney represented and/or litigation claims. This position is for a field role in which you will have in person assignment(s) claims handling. Examples of in person assignments would be customer facing tasks (such as securing documentation, money, etc) and legal appearances (small claims court, mediations, trials, etc).
