About the Role
The Contact Center Solutions Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing contact center solutions tailored to meet our clients' business needs. Work collaboratively across teams to ensure technology integrations are seamless and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement contact center solutions that align with business requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather essential requirements and offer technical expertise for contact center projects.
  • Optimize contact center technologies to boost efficiency and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to contact center operations.
  • Provide training and support to end users on best practices and technologies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and the latest developments in contact center solutions.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in contact center technologies such as IVR, ACD, and CTI.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Experience in designing and implementing contact center solutions.
  • Familiarity with telephony systems and call routing strategies.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and their integration with contact centers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Adeptness at adapting to evolving technology and business needs.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $146,000.00 and $319,400.00. Starting pay is based on qualifications and experience. At Zoom, we prioritize our Total Direct Compensation philosophy, which includes base salary, bonuses, and equity value.
