Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Salesforce Software Engineer with a strong emphasis on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. As a key player in our team, you will lead the design, development, implementation, support, and optimization of innovative software solutions, working closely with business and program stakeholders to fulfill their needs in the Payer and Provider space. This role requires a US Citizen due to contractual access requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver solutions for Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects while aligning with business goals and best practices.
• Transform business requirements into technical specifications and provide insights on Salesforce capabilities.
• Ensure solution integrity through integrations with legacy and third-party systems.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance within an agile work environment, participating actively in scrum ceremonies.
• Mentor junior engineers and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within existing Salesforce frameworks.

Essential Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant field; Master's preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in software engineering, with proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
• Skills: Strong understanding of web services technologies, such as REST and JSON, and experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce core products like Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, or Salesforce MuleSoft.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, RTC).

Work Environment: This is primarily an office-based role with some occasional travel required (0% - 25%).

Physical Requirements: The role may involve lifting up to 10 pounds on a constant basis.

Salary Range: $67,500 - $126,000, based on qualifications, experience, and contributions.

Compliance Requirement: This position requires adherence to ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA and the company's Code of Business Conduct.
