We are seeking a passionate Lead Data Scientist to contribute to our finance reporting and analytics efforts, providing valuable data-driven insights into key financial reporting processes.

Your Role:

• Collaborate with diverse teams across a global organization to deliver innovative data-driven solutions for complex strategic and tactical challenges.
• Utilize your problem-solving, data analysis, and technical expertise to identify, quantify, and resolve business challenges.
• Develop and build accurate time series, optimization, and machine learning models, performing advanced statistical analysis.
• Take ideas from conception through proof of concept to full deployment, creating end-to-end data science solutions.
• Drive impactful business outcomes with effective data presentation and storytelling, ensuring that findings are communicated clearly to finance teams and business partners.
• Exhibit your track record in machine learning for predictive modeling and forecasting while embracing structure and data-supported methods to tackle ambiguous problems.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 36 months of relevant experience in a data science role.
• Strong knowledge of AI, ML concepts, optimization algorithms, statistics, and simulation techniques.
• Experience with tracking and ensembling methods, model performance analysis, explainability methods, and parameter optimization.
• Expertise in feature engineering and dimensionality reduction techniques.
• Proficiency in Python or R, and familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with big data tools, cloud platforms, and ML Ops methodologies.
• Strong SQL skills.
