As the Senior Technical Project Leader, you will be responsible for managing large-scale projects from inception to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors for executing multiple projects flawlessly.
• Defining project scope and objectives while involving relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
• Delivering all projects on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborating with business partners to ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Developing detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Reporting and escalating issues to management as needed.
• Maintaining strong relationships with teams, business partners, and stakeholders.
• Performing risk management to minimize potential risks.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
• Tracking project performance to analyze the achievement of short and long-term goals.
• Supporting change management processes by documenting and assessing requested changes.
• Continuously developing leadership skills and identifying opportunities for internal process improvements.
• Providing informal guidance to less experienced colleagues and promoting best practices.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven working experience in project management (5+ years).
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and multitasking capability.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with common project management methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with project management software tools (JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet).

This position offers a salary range between $100,000 - $110,000 and is eligible for an annual incentive program. The application window will close on August 1st but may be extended based on business needs.
