The Role: In this Enterprise Process Optimization Architect role, you will focus on enhancing sales processes and applications, particularly in lead creation, lead management, and quoting across the Lumen ecosystem. We are looking for a dynamic candidate who is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt with a demonstrated history of successful process and product improvement projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve sales processes, specifically in lead generation, nurturing, and quoting workflows.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Partners, and IT teams to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable, data-driven solutions.
  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive measurable improvements in process performance and customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor progress and align with transformation objectives.
  • Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Facilitate workshops, root cause analyses, and process mapping sessions to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Prepare reports on project status, risks, and outcomes for executive stakeholders.

What We Look For in a Candidate:

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is mandatory.
  • Fundamental experience with Salesforce modules - Leads, Opportunity Management, Quoting.
  • A minimum of seven years in process improvement, operational excellence, or transformation roles.
  • Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional projects, ideally in a technology or telecommunications setting.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and quoting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio) and data analysis platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Compensation: This position offers a competitive salary, reflecting the skills and experience of the successful candidate. The salary range varies by state, ensuring equitable pay based on location. Lumen provides a comprehensive benefits package to promote your physical, mental, emotional, and financial wellbeing.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

  • $129,639 - $172,852 in various states.
  • $136,121 - $181,494 in selected states.
  • $142,603 - $190,137 in top-paying states.
