Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large scale and complex project work within our advanced manufacturing market sector. This role is located at the client site in Boise, Idaho. The ideal candidate will lead design teams for technically sophisticated projects among a diverse series of project types. This role involves both client-facing and team-facing responsibilities and has tremendous growth potential. This position will require working at the client site.

Additional Responsibilities

• Forecast and organize project team for design, development, production and project document delivery;
• Coordinate with consultants, team members and the client;
• Successfully execute projects by following Page's and Owner's protocols and procedures in order to reach the best solution;
• Develop strong client, consultant and collaborator relationships;
• Understand budget, code and jurisdictional requirements;
• Provide mentorship and guidance to project team;
• Collaborate on project fee development and project proposals development.
  
  

• 15+ years' experience in large scale and complex projects;
• Degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field;
• Experience with all multiple project sizes, with a concentration in large projects valued at $30MM plus;
• Skilled in architecture and detailing skills as well as proficient in construction administrative processes;
• Proven effectiveness coordinating with contractors, architectural teams, and consultants;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; and a working knowledge of Revit/AutoCAD
• Successful at leading and organizing a team of multiple disciplines and consultants;
• Confident with public speaking and networking;
• Excellent writing skills; and a strategic thinker
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills;
• Detail oriented and organized with proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously;
• Available for travel within the US;
• Willing to work at client/project sites;
• Must be able to meet project badging requirements, which includes passing a background check.
