$90,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Our client is an industry leader in sustainable water infrastructure with projects that directly impact how communities access, treat, and protect clean water. They're looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join their Boise office and help lead some of the region's most meaningful water and wastewater projects.

What you'll do:

• Lead and mentor a growing civil design team
• Serve as a technical lead on water treatment, wastewater, and conveyance projects
• Oversee the design and documentation for stormwater, potable water, sanitary sewer, and plant site civil systems
• Manage permitting, QA/QC, and coordination with internal and external teams
• Support construction phases through submittal reviews, RFIs, and site visits
• Participate in value engineering, system selection, and cost estimating

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's a bonus)
• Licensed PE (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• 6+ years of experience in water/wastewater or civil site infrastructure
• Strong technical skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and civil design tools (e.g., WaterCAD, StormCAD)
• Someone who takes ownership, collaborates well, and delivers high-quality work
