You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience managing marine, heavy civil, and highway projects
  • Proven ability to manage complex self-perform work and subcontractor coordination
  • Deep knowledge of cost controls, scheduling, safety compliance, and quality standards
  • Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a boots-on-the-ground mentality

Your Role

  • Lead all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee self-perform and subcontractor teams on large-scale civil and marine infrastructure
  • Interface with clients, inspectors, engineers, and internal teams to ensure alignment
  • Maintain focus on safety, budget, schedule, and quality throughout project lifecycle
  • Track project financials, change orders, forecasting, and reporting
