As a HUC at Edgewood, you'll have the opportunity to wear multiple hats! You'll provide direct resident care, clinical team scheduling and clerical tasks to support our clinical team. No two days are ever the same!

• Two days each week you'll be on the floor using your MedTech skills, working directly with residents alongside the care team-helping with daily needs, medications, and ensuring care flows smoothly.
• The rest of the week you'll use your organization and people skills to manage scheduling, support the clinical team, and handle assigned clerical and clinical tasks-keeping the department running efficiently and supporting staff and residents alike.

Responsibilities:

• This role is a blend of direct resident care on the clinical floor and clerical responsibilities, with tasks assigned by the clinical team
• Maintain and prepare accurate report of resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Monitor resident records to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assist residents with scheduling appointments
• Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies

Qualifications:

• Passion and drive for helping others
• A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
• Hand-on clinical experience in the Healthcare field, required
• Caregiving experience and MedTech certification, required
