Position Summary:

Guerdon LLC is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in Boise, Idaho. This position will report directly to the Senior Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial construction, with the ability to manage and coordinate projects from concept to completion. This role may require travel to various job sites as needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the planning, design, and construction phases of residential and commercial projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and address any issues.
  • Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
  • Assist in the procurement of materials and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve any project-related concerns.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers to schedule module deliveries and manage driver sign-outs during module pickups from the factory.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience with prefabricated construction methods preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential and commercial construction preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
  • Familiarity with sustainability and green building practices

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, including navigating construction sites.
  • Must be able to lift and carry materials and equipment for up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and scaffolding as needed to inspect work sites.
  • Capable of working in various environmental conditions, including exposure to outdoor weather, dust, and noise typical of construction sites.
  • Ability to use hands to operate office equipment and construction-related tools.
  • Visual acuity to read blueprints, technical documents, and computer screens.
  • Hearing ability to communicate effectively in a noisy environment
