Wilson Language training is growing and is looking to hire Sr. Product Manager, Spanish Language Arts.
This position is responsible for managing projects associated with the development and revision of Structured Multiliteracy curriculum (Spanish) and related instructional resources. This position plays a key role in ensuring we have current and relevant Spanish language products that meet the educational needs of the students in the districts we partner with each school year. This role reports to the VP and Head of Reading Science and will be a member of the Structured Multiliteracy Team at Wilson.
Essential Job Functions:
Manage the development of multiple product and priorities, including both Tier 1 and Tier 3 Spanish Language Arts (SLA) projects due for publication in 2026 and 2027; work closely with literacy experts to integrate the principles of the science of reading within a Spanish-language context, including foundational skills, comprehension, and vocabulary development into these projects. Use deep curriculum product management experience and knowledge to lead the cross-functional development effort of SLA titles throughout the product cycle, including determining scope, requirements, and priorities specific to each project; align product vision with organizational goals, user needs, and market trends in bilingual and dual-language education; interface with vendors to complete projects on time and within budget.
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Spanish literacy within product teams; oversee the development and revision of culturally responsive and linguistically appropriate materials; participate in the creation and execution of a product roadmap for Spanish Language Arts (SLA) programs across K-12.
Collaborate with editorial, academic, and linguistic experts to ensure materials are pedagogically sound and aligned with state and national standards;
Partner with state and district RFP teams to align with national, state, and district standards (e.g., TEKS, Common Core en Espa-ol) and proposal requirements.
Lead and partner closely with internal groups such as design, product marketing, technical development, professional learning, sales, and customer success to bring Spanish Language Arts products to market; collaborate with team members to ensure teaching training reflects product offerings and vice versa.
Support pilot classrooms and gather feedback to iterate on curriculum products, as needed.
Stay current with research and innovations in multilingual education and SLA instruction.
Manage project timelines and stakeholder communications.
Understand and display WLT-s values.

Minimum Requirements
Skills:
Deep understanding of the linguistic structure of Spanish (phonology, orthography, morphology, and syntax).
Expertise in cross-linguistic transfer and multiliteracy pedagogy.
Familiarity with standards such as WIDA Espa-ol, ELPS, and LA standards in Spanish.
Proven ability to manage complex projects from concept to implementation.
Proven ability to engage both individual contributors and leaders on all levels in constructive and collaborative relationships.
Strong project management skills and proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritizing key initiatives.
Experience presenting to various internal teams as well as customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education or Certification:
Experience
5+ years of experience in curriculum product development and project management (preferably using Agile/Scaled Agile), with a strong focus on Spanish Language Arts.
Fluent in written and oral Spanish and English languages.
Classroom experience, preferred.
Wilson has identified the anticipated pay range for this role based on the many factors that we consider in defining compensation levels for our roles, including market data, and internal equity considerations. Actual pay, and allocation between base and any target discretionary bonus, will vary based on geographic location, education, work experience, skills, market data, and internal equity considerations. Anticipated Salary Range: $88,900 - $124,400.
