Job Description:
- Define, develop, debug software for Blue Cross of Idaho's CRM solutions that span multiple platforms including platform development, integration and authentication across systems.
- Manage the development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of highly secure solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale.
- Articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for technical architecture.
- Partner with technical teams and senior architects to analyze technical and non-technical requirements to build cloud and platform-based solutions.
- Ensure that schedules, milestones, and priorities are compatible with department goals, projects, and long-term company strategies.
- Engineer, configure, monitor, manage, and troubleshoot software systems, applications, and technical infrastructure.
- Research, implement, monitor, manage, patch, and troubleshoot various systems, software, and technologies.
- Monitor application performance by anticipating and correcting operational issues before occurrence.
- Develop tools and scripts to support and improve current software, systems, and technology build and release processes and continuous integration and delivery initiatives to automate software deployment processes and develop automation tools.
- Ensure the integrity of software builds and artifacts.

Minimum Qualifications: - Knowledge of utilizing Vlocity Managed Package development and deployment
- Knowledge of working with APEX Triggers and Classes
- Knowledge of SOQL
- Knowledge of working with LWC framework, Visualforce, JavaScript, and HTML
- Knowledge of designing and building high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices
- Knowledge of identifying bugs and aligning with software requirements during debugging
- Knowledge of Developer Console and administration setup including managing users, security controls and data, and creating roles, profiles, and reports
- Knowledge of Salesforce development including designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and emails according to application requirements
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of building integrations with Salesforce.com [salesforce.com]
Salary (Annual): $152,000.00 - $173,846
