Responsibilities & Skills

We seek a Sr. Director, Planning, to join our team. This role offers opportunities to contribute, learn, and grow within a dynamic environment.

Accountabilities:

• Establish manufacturing schedules and priorities for all products.
• Coordinate in-house testing, subcontract wafer fabrication, assembly, and final testing activities.
• Drive manufacturing operations to achieve world-class on-time delivery.
• Participate in worldwide capacity planning and set cycle time goals.
• Enhance manufacturing software planning and processes.
• Maintain reports on scheduling, methods, and performance; monitor die exports for compliance.
• Evaluate and implement improvements in scheduling, planning, and inventory systems.
• Develop personnel to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage inventory and supply chain to meet company goals.
• Build partnerships with sales and supply management for better visibility and industry insights.
• Forecast for assembly and test suppliers to ensure capacity and material availability.
• Report forecast risks and opportunities to executives.
• Conduct business reviews with supplier management.
• Drive manufacturing excellence for consistent world-class lead times and delivery.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business administration, or related field.
• Extensive experience in semiconductor planning, supply chain, with leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Experience or exposure to wafer fabrication is essential.
• Proficiency in demand forecasting, production, and capacity planning principles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Data analysis skills to identify trends and develop solutions.
• Ability to resolve complex planning challenges.
