Responsible for implementation, configuration, maintenance, administration and integrity of software tools, utilities and processes used to support IT desktop infrastructure. Serve as a project resource for production implementation and integration. Assist with the implementation and optimization of hardware and software solutions that address end user computing needs. Consistently provides friendly, courteous customer service to internal and external customers. Perform other related work. Typical Duties and Responsibilities.
