Job Details

Administer CBREs global equity plans in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the equity management platform (Fidelity). Process new grants, exercises, vesting events, terminations, cancellations, and transfers in a timely and accurate manner. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and executives on equity-related questions, including grant details, taxation, and platform navigation. Partner with Payroll, Legal, and Finance to ensure correct reporting, tax withholding, and compliance with accounting and tax regulations).
