We are seeking a skilled Lead Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, launching, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple program and product areas. You will work closely with our marketing program managers to create digital ads aligned with campaign goals. You will be responsible for the individual ad strategy, production, and maintenance across multiple platforms, including Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. As a Lead Digital Marketing Specialist, a typical day might include the following: Develop and implement digital advertising strategies based on the companys business objectives and/or end user need. Continuously evaluate and optimize ad campaigns. Evaluate data and prepare reports to communicate campaign performance to key objectives.
