The Business Banking Officer will develop and manage business relationships, focusing on loan and deposit products, especially government-guaranteed loans like SBA 7a and 504. Responsibilities include collaborating with the SBA department, proactively calling on clients and prospects, and participating in community events to enhance the bank's presence. Achieving sales and service goals, developing staff, and managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and growth are key components of the role.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years in commercial or small business lending, banking, and B2B development, with a strong understanding of SBA products. Preferred candidates will have more extensive experience and training in credit analysis, loan underwriting, and financial statement analysis, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office is required.
