This position is full-time, supporting the Project Manager - ensuring a high-quality construction experience for customers, delivering the project on time and on budget.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site Construction Superintendent role. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for supervising and managing all aspects of the construction operations, including managing subcontractors, ensuring construction safety, organizing construction sites, maintaining project schedules, budgeting, and on-site project management. The Construction Superintendent will work closely with the Project Manager, providing regular updates on project progress and ensuring overall success.

Skills:

• Experience in Construction Safety
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Related field experience - Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture - preferred but not required
• OSHA Certification and/or Safety Training Certification - preferred - if no - training will be offered
• Driver's License Required
