Manage, monitor, control, and analyze operation data, processes, procedures, and performance onsite to ensure mining improvement processes and tasks align with organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure sustainability of implementation: Implement Petrosea standard Operational Excellence as best practices in mining operations. Maintain Petrosea standards effectively.
2. Coordinate with other departments: Collaborate with department heads to ensure improvement processes and implementations run smoothly and adhere to timelines onsite. Document responsibilities accordingly.
3. Analyze operational data: Use data from VHMS, PLM, VIMS, MIC, OpsDB, FMS, etc., to identify performance or cost issues and work towards solutions that can be delivered to the project. Ensure cost issues are analyzed and determined accurately.
4. Coaching and mentoring: Support all onsite departments in achieving improvement targets and project goals. Ensure targets and goals are met in a timely manner.
5. Maintain SHE programs: Implement and monitor SHE programs, including SHE Management System, to ensure effectiveness and compliance with standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3, and SMKP. Responsibilities include identifying, mitigating, and monitoring SHE risks, aiming for Target Zero LTI and maintaining SHE standards.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the mining industry, including at least 2 years in Mine Planning
• Experience with drill/blast and dewatering activities is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of mining equipment capabilities and applications
• Proficient computer skills, especially in applications related to Mine Engineering
• Ability to use mine planning and scheduling software effectively
• Good understanding of best practices in mining operations
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, is an advantage
