The Application Training and Support Coordinator will provide timely assistance to our users with Agility, RFN and other windows-based programs; resolving issues, recommending solutions, and guiding users through features and functionalities. We support over 45 distribution centers and regional offices across the United States. Training and support will be provided via phone, email, live chat, remote conferencing tools and on-site at a location. In addition to responding to incoming issues, this person will create and maintain process and training documents, find creative solutions to support business initiatives, test new releases, and manage the documentation, reporting and follow up of software malfunctions. Business travel to provide training and support at locations is required (5% - 25% annual travel). Although most work occurs during normal business hours, response to operating problems is urgent and some night and weekend work is required to meet business needs.
