We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive temporary team member to support our Provider Network team with Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) processes, administrative functions, data management in Excel, and contract-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a working knowledge of healthcare contracts, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Level Specific Responsibilities:

• Assist with the intake, tracking, and resolution of IDR cases, ensuring compliance with regulatory timelines.
• Perform administrative duties including document management, scheduling, and correspondence.
• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for tracking disputes, provider data, and contract metrics.
• Review and interpret contract language to support dispute resolution and provider inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and information.
• Support reporting and audit preparation related to IDR and contract compliance.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive provider and contract data.

Assignment Duration: 8 weeks
Hybrid work schedule.
Monday - Friday, 8-5pm
