We're hiring a Sr. Construction Estimator to join a fast-paced environment with a national construction company!

The Sr. Construction Estimator Will:

• Prepare parking structures (commercial), buildings, and concrete footings/foundations (commercial).
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and attend pre-bid meetings to clearly define the scope and requirements of each estimate.
• Develop comprehensive cost estimates by performing detailed quantity takeoffs and incorporating up-to-date pricing for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Research and evaluate historical project data including past purchase orders, subcontractor pricing, and productivity metrics to inform and refine estimating practices.
• Collaborate in the preparation of bid package documents, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with project goals.

The Sr. Construction Estimator Background:

• 6+ years of experience with scheduling and takeoff software
• Strong experience in large commercial projects with a focus on infrastructure
• Experience with cost control, material pricing and estimating techniques
• A minimum of 8+ years of commercial estimating experience
• Must relocate to Salt Lake City, UT.
