The Employment and Career Development Coordinator is responsible for effectively leading and enhancing Refugee Social Services (RSS), Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA), and Career Pathways employment programs. This position ensures program goals are met, ensures quality control for both service provision and contractual compliance, and supervises a team of staff, interns, and volunteers. This position reports to the Economic Empowerment Program Manager. Note: This is a limited-term, full-time position ending September 30, 2026, with the possibility for renewal. Responsibilities: Include, but are not limited to:Staff Management. Recruit, hire, and supervise all staff, interns, and volunteers providing career support services to clients enrolled in career programs. Lead and develop direct service staff through facilitation of team meetings and individual supervision including coaching and goal setting.
