Manage R&D projects of limited complexity and project duration. Simultaneously lead multiple projects of varying complexity and project duration. Conduct experiments, investigations, and data generation with little to no supervision. Ensure timely completion of routine laboratory maintenance and upkeep including but not limited to tracking inventory, checking in new supplies, and performing regular quality control procedures Apply standard practices and techniques as indicated. Lead method development efforts with limited supervision from senior research staff. Recognize discrepancies in results and troubleshoot most issues with minimal oversight from senior research staff. Make preliminary selections and adaptations of testing alternatives. Perform data reviews for other team members for projects of limited complexity Develop organized research plans, coordinate testing, and prepare reports as needed on assigned tasks.
