Job Details

Management and accounting: Perform, oversee and be hands-on for any needed general accounting duties including the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and receivables, tax and compliance matters. Ensure the processing payment of invoices and strictly monitor contract terms to ensure accuracy and resolve problems and working with banking and credit card processing partners and perform reconciliations if needed. Work collaboratively with our existing financial and accounting staff and resources with the goal of accuracy, speed and efficiency. Update, automate and integrate our current accounting management systems (Dynamics BC, Continia, Microsoft Teams, customized furniture ERP, etc.) and ensure full and appropriate usage of software systems. Control all monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closings promptly. Lead, support, attract, manage and retain a talented and motivated accounting staff.
