As a CBRE Application Delivery and Support Associate, you will provide first-line support of business applications to internal and external end users. This includes support for users, integrations and implementations as well as development support such as product documentation, product testing, report creation and managing business requirements. - - What Youll Do: - - External (User) Support: Collect and analyze data to identify and address complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques. Log and track basic problems and work tickets. Monitor progress made on timely user request resolution. - - Internal (Dev) Support: - - Work across Teams to support configurations and Integrations. Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.
