You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing, and debugging of software applications or operating systems. As a Principal engineer on the team, you would be responsible to act as a tech-lead.
+ Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in front-end/UI development, with a strong focus on large-scale, enterprise-level applications.
+ Technical Skills:
+ Tooling: Hands-on experience with development tools such as Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier, and version control systems like Git.
+ Testing: Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, or Playwright).
+ Leadership: Proven ability to lead and collaborate in cross-functional teams, mentor others, and drive technical decisions.
+ Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and solving complex technical challenges.
+ Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
+ Experience with micro-frontend architecture. Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG). Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities. Familiarity with DevOps practices for UI deployment and monitoring.
+ Strong communication skills, including cross-team collaboration Ability to deliver basic functionality and iterate Experience working with geographically distributed teams Knowledge of healthcare and experience delivering healthcare applications are significant plus.
