Job Details

Responsible for managing the people, work, and processes for multiple design departments within an Area. Leverages design resources by planning work and capacity within the area and ensures output from Design teams meets or exceeds company standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Travels within the area as necessary to interface with multiple design departments. Manages the Design Managers and leads the design function, ensuring processes and work results meet/exceed company standards. Conducts performance management reviews for Design Managers and solicits additional feedback from regional management. Distributes and coordinates work between multiple design departments. Leverages design resources by sharing work and capacity within the region as needed. Verifies that the design departments within the region work within the established company standards for truss design.
