Job Title: Estimator Location: Eagle, ID Compensation: $60,000–$65,000 Bonus Benefits About the Opportunity: CV Resources is partnering with a growing construction company in Eagle, ID, to find an Estimator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate (0–2 years of experience) with a Construction Management degree who is eager to launch their career in construction estimating. The Estimator will play a key role in preparing bids, estimating costs, and supporting project teams in securing profitable projects. With mentorship and career development opportunities, this role offers the perfect blend of learning and hands-on experience. Key Responsibilities: Review project plans and specifications to determine scope of work Prepare detailed estimates for labor, materials, and equipment Solicit and review supplier and subcontractor quotes Assist with bid preparation and submission Support project managers and field teams to align estimates with project needs Learn to review and issue variance purchase orders Track project costs and contribute to improving estimating processes Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (or related field) preferred 0–2 years of experience in excavation, concrete, or civil construction estimating (internships or coursework experience welcome) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills Effective communication skills for working with team members, suppliers, and clients Familiarity with estimating software (HCSS HeavyBid/HeavyJob, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, etc.) is a plus Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites What's in It for You: $60,000–$65,000 base salary Bonus opportunities Full benefits package Career growth and mentorship from experienced professionals PandoLogic.Keywords:Construction Estimator, Location:Eagle,ID-83616, PL:599916398a25371ca-cde7-4fb6-ba87-2cf40b156c8b
