The Bartender is familiar with a wide variety of drink recipes and can deliver excellent customer services. Responsible for maintaining a culture of food and drink exploration, innovation and dedication for customers and employees. The Bartender is responsible for serving patrons at our bar, monitoring the cash drawer at the bar and performing alcohol inventories at the end of each night to help maintain proper inventory levels. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Create a culture of food exploration, innovation and education for guests and employees. Deliver a consistently high-level customer service to each customer and maintain a safe environment by identifying any issues. Takes customer orders and relays them to the kitchen staff. Facilitate the filling of drink orders between customers and the bar. Suggest additional menu items, such as desserts and drinks, when appropriate.
