As a CBRE Senior Marketing Manager (Property Marketing Strategist), you will be responsible for leading a regional team in the development and execution of marketing strategies, deliverables and activities associated with helping commercial real estate owners market their assets (commercial developments or existing buildings) to prospective occupants and their brokers. This person is not only a master marketer but a prolific storyteller with the ability to conceptualize campaigns and promotional materials independently. The ideal candidate has strong leadership capabilities and is a natural strategic thinker. This job is part of the General Marketing job function.
