As a CBRE Transaction Management Director will provide strategic, hands-on transaction management leadership to a team of transaction management professionals who negotiate new leases, renewals, dispositions of surplus space and more. This position will provide ongoing management of real estate transaction activities, including the preparation and implementation of the portfolio-wide strategy. - - What youll do - - Implement real estate plans with an understanding of the client's strategic real estate goals. Assist with project initiation and scope definition, prioritization of assignments, and adherence to client priorities and commitments.
