MV Transportation is seeking an Administrative Supervisor who will create and modify moderate to complex Excel documents in support of paratransit services. Typical duties include conducting data analysis; preparing recommendations, analyzing data for special projects, and reporting on Operation Control Center (OCC) performance to the client. Must be highly proficient with MS Excel as a measuring tools for analysis of metrics and for the goal of performance improvements. Responsibilities: Provides support for long-range and short-range paratransit activities, real-time data reporting, system performance, and in the preparing of reports. Work with a multiple of data sources and data reports. Maintain reports across multiple platforms including monitoring and maintaining data in Excel and internal systems.
