Description:

This is a skilled position requiring the employee to perform a variety of office support functions. Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions) Ensure employee driven safety culture is in place and effective. Various administrative duties such as: filing, copying, etc. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software preferred: Word, Excel, etc. Order supplies for individual departments and maintain purchase requirements. Produce and maintain various reports and distributes as needed. Assist with collection of production data and distribute as needed. Other duties as assigned per supervisor. Education and/or Experience High School diploma / equivalent required. Experience and knowledge in Microsoft office, technology and internet preferred. Knowledge / Skill Requirements Demonstrated commitment to achieving the organization's goals and objectives.
