The Operational Risk Management (ORM) Analyst II plays a key role in the Second Line of Defense (2 LOD), partnering with the First Line of Defense (1 LOD) to promote understanding and adherence to ORM policies, frameworks, and regulatory requirements. This position supports the execution of the Operational Risk Management Program within the broader Enterprise Risk Management organization. Core responsibilities include facilitating the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process, managing loss event and incident reporting, and conducting business risk assessments to ensure compliance and strengthen risk governance. The analyst collaborates with senior risk officers, program managers, and business leaders to assess, monitor, and report on operational risks across the enterprise.
