WE ARE HIRING!
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual CSR I to join our Loan Servicing Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their mortgage-related needs are met. The successful candidate will respond to customer inquiries related to their mortgage payments, taxes, and/or insurance and be familiar with mortgage terminology.
In This Role, You Will:
- Provide timely, effective, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving issues with precision and care
- Assist with the administration of single-family home loans, ensuring accurate and efficient responses
- Actively listen to customers, offering education and support to help them navigate their mortgage journey
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and security when handling client information
- Redirect calls to the appropriate agents, queues, or departments, ensuring seamless communication
- Other job duties as assigned
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Familiarity with mortgage terminology and processes preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
