Required Job Duties:
  • Proficient in HUD and RD with knowledge of Tax Credits
  • Data entry
  • Yardi
  • Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word Documents
  • Problem solving with good communication skills
  • Ability to review new move in files and annual recertification files
  • Perform on-site file audits as needed
  • Identify concerns or issues then assist site managers to resolve them in an effective manner
