Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first
We're seeking a strategic and collaborative Onboarding Program/Strategy Advancement Principal to lead Humana's enterprise member onboarding transformation program. Humana is undertaking a strategic transformation of its member onboarding experience, a critical moment of truth in the customer lifecycle. Throughout the annual business cycle, you will champion the onboarding transformation program and convey new strategies, tests, and progress to senior leaders across the enterprise. You'll work with cross-functional partners across product, marketing, sales, member experience, and clinical to drive evolution of onboarding strategies, pilots and outcomes.
